stale pastriesfaulty treadmill
the breakfast was a real letdown. the pastries seemed stale, and the hot food wasn't very hot at all (more like lukewarm!). i was expecting a much better spread for a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, the gym equipment needs an update. one of the treadmills was out of order, and another made a weird noise when i used it. it made my workout less enjoyable, to be honest.

the hotel room size and beds felt very comfortable. reception staff was good and also the guest relation. it was happy for me. the front desk team checked me in very quick. they also gave excellent recommendations.
volume on tv in the room was almost at maximum and this was an issue.

the pool features comfortable loungers in a shaded area. there is also a sauna and steam room available for guest use. wifi is available for free in the rooms and it works quite fast.

The hotel offers an amazing place for a sit down cafe. the staff is always cute and smiling every time. really good frappes are made there every day. A wonderful place.

the room was quite spacious it had a well-equipped kitchenette. the included breakfast offered a good variety of choices i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the hotel also has a large pool i found it well kept and refreshing.
the room i stayed in showed some signs of wear the furniture looked a bit dated. the gym equipment was limited only a few machines seemed to be working properly.

the reception manager made check-in easy. i appreciated the kindness of the staff. the dining options were superb, a perfect mix of foods. laxmi, tanish, ugyen, kalyan, and dill.
the tv was on in the room, the promotion video played loudly. i couldn't immediately find the remote. it took half an hour to get a remote delivered.
